The first named storm of the winter, Arwen, came through on the 26th. According to the Met Office this was the driest November since 1988. This is not true for us here as I have recorded many dryer Novembers. The driest was 2013 with 3.61".

The maximum recorded temp was 13.6 degrees at 5:50pm on the 8th. The minimum was -0.9 degrees at 1:00 am on the 29th.The first sub zero reading this winter.

The maximum recorded sustained wind speed was 34.0mph.There was a gust of 53.0mph on the 26th as Arwen passed through.

Total rainfall of 5.71". There were 6 dry days.
